Mr. Rogalski has consulted over 300 schools in the past thirty years in all areas of financial development, marketing, starting new schools and master planning. He frequently speaks at large educational conferences plus smaller groups of principals, teachers and school boards. He was one of the first non-public school administrators to receive the National Distinguished Principal award from the United States Secretary of Education, at a special ceremony in Washington, D.C. Bob has served as an instructor/administrator at: Hong Kong International School Joy Community Christian School – Glendale, Arizona Eltingville Christian School – Staten Island, New York St. Paul’s Lutheran School – New Orleans, Louisiana American Embassy School – New Diehl, India Martin Luther School – Phoenix, Arizona Hope Christian School – Gastonia, North Carolina He also served in a development capacity with Social Ministries of the Southwest and with CLEF. (Chicagoland Lutheran Educational Fund) His community involvement includes: Past President, Arizona Council the Advancement of Private Education Panelist for Christa McAuliffe Fellowship Selection in Arizona Board member of local social ministries organization Leadership in the Cursillo / Promise Keepers movement Various leadership roles in his local church He has degrees form Concordia, River Forest and the University of New Orleans. His services include: Money – Understanding the concepts of financial development: Annual Fund Marketing – Devising plans to build enrollment and cultivate resources Management – Assisting local school leadership in providing written  policies and procedures Mission – Defining the vision, goals and objectives of the school Master Planning – Assisting schools in strategic planning involving a grass roots approach       He was the editor of the Ask For It newsletter, for ten years, which was sent to over 3,000 Christian schools in the country.  He has published three books: 1) The Annual Fund for Schools: The AMAZing Annual Fund 2) For early childhood centers: Five Loaves and Two Fishes.3) Marketing for Christian Schools: The Definitive Guide. He has been married for over 30 years – two children – four grandchildren. His motto is: “The situation may be totally impossible…but not serious.”
